I am extensively educated; bits of it stuck. I am a leftward-tilting (i.e., Democrat) God-bothering Anglophile with one husband, three cats, and the wisdom that comes with age and all the (metaphorical) battering life gives. I have many minor and painfully insufficient talents. I wanted to be a writer, but I became a blogger instead. My other hobby is photographing my beloved North Florida. I like weird science, strange stories, unexplainable events, and singular people. My motto is: "Be here now. Or not. Your choice!"
