I have all sorts of reasons for not wanting Obama as the presidential candidate, even though I think he'd be fine in the second chair; in fact, I'd love it. But because I prefer Hillary, the endless and unfair Hillary-bashing by her fellow Democrats has been making me angrier and angrier---so I was glad that she finally started to fight back.
I am bemused by the spectacle of Obama's supporters pissing and moaning and whingeing now that she's finally fighting back against the nasty right-wing-style innuendoes being circulated by loyal O-bots. Do they really believe he's a saint? Yes, they really believe he's a saint.
So anyway: Gary Hart disses Hillary; Samantha Power calls her a 'monster'; and Obama's intelligence adviser advises the public that he really doesn't agree with Obama on telecom immunity. (How does Obama pass for a liberal, much less for a progressive? He's practically a Republican.)
Meanwhile, 42% of those polled would rather have John McCain answer the red phone at 3 am---as if he wouldn't yell about having to get out of bed past his bedtime----and Sadly, No! points out the stupidity of being overly attached to either Obama or Hillary. All here at Versus/Reversus.
